All orders must be confirmed in writing or through our official communication channels. Specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements must be clearly stated. We reserve the right to refuse any order that doesn't meet our quality standards or legal requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. For new customers or large orders, advance payment may be required. All prices are subject to change without notice. Late payment charges may apply as per our credit policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the right to use all materials provided for printing. ALANKAR DIGITAL HUB is not responsible for copyright infringement claims. We retain the right to refuse printing of copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

6. Quality and Delivery

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting or refunding the defective portion of the order. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality of all customer information and materials. Customer data is used solely for order processing and service delivery. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify customers of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
